Peter Moyes Anglican Community School’s (PMACS) original 1999 Master Plan, finalised with the addition of St Gregory’s Chapel in 2019, provided the School’s foundation for two decades. Now, the School is ready for its next chapter, one that honours the past while embracing the opportunities of the future.
Guided by the AngliSchools values and PMACS’ 2026-2030 Strategic Plan, the new Master Plan is intentionally future‑focussed, centred on academic growth, wellbeing, community connection and environmental stewardship. It reflects a commitment shared across AngliSchools to designing spaces that empower students to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

It’s about creating the conditions for great learning, sparking curiosity, strengthening relationships and feeling a true sense of community and belonging. This plan is our commitment to ensuring those conditions endure for decades to come.’
The plan is deeply student‑centred. Modern, flexible learning environments will enhance engagement, creativity and collaboration. Purpose‑built facilities will support high‑quality teaching and professional teamwork. Safe, inclusive and thoughtfully designed spaces will strengthen wellbeing, not as an add‑on, but as a core design principle.
Importantly, this vision has also been shaped by the PMACS community. Families, staff, students and alumni have contributed insights that reflect both local aspirations and the broader strategic pillar of partnership. Community collaboration will continue throughout the plan’s implementation, supported by transparency, staged investment and a commitment to financial sustainability.
Stage One
Stage One is scheduled to commence in September 2026, with a notional completion date of 2028, focuses on the expansion and refurbishment of the Primary School, which has remained largely unchanged since 2000. Key elements of this stage include enclosing the undercover courts to create a multi‑purpose hall, developing new classrooms, meeting rooms and specialist spaces, and providing additional parking. This stage also includes covering the hard courts on the Secondary School oval and the residential development of a portion of vacant land adjacent to the School.
Stage Two
Stage Two focuses on spaces that support innovation, creativity and community engagement. A new commercial food technology room, refurbished Technologies facilities and the renovation of the Allan Shaw Centre will increase capacity and better support internal and external events.
Stage Three
Stage Three will see the refurbishment of the Science block, while improvements to Administration and Student Services will enhance the daily experience for students, families and staff.
Alongside these major stages, a childcare centre will also be developed on the retained portion of the vacant land, and a series of smaller projects will enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the School.
This Master Plan reflects the School’s commitment to creating an exceptional, future-ready and inclusive environment, one that will serve the students, families and wider community of Peter Moyes Anglican Community School for decades to come.
