Our Vision for Learning creates learning experiences which engage hearts, minds and spirits, to empower learners for lives of meaning and purpose.
We designed this vision to help all AngliSchools students become lifelong learners, confident and creative individuals, and active and informed citizens. We value the love of learning and embrace the challenge of excellence, whilst empowering students to live a purposeful life with a strong sense of connectedness to community.

The vision is a holistic and unified set of values and beliefs expressed in a common language to drive learning culture in our schools.
The Learner Attributes serve as a compass to articulate the attributes, qualities and transferable skills that we believe will position our students to navigate and thrive through challenge and change and contribute to the success and strengthening of their communities.
OUR SCHOOL CURRICULUM
Presented as a developmental sequence of learning, our schools offer a progressive and responsive curriculum which reflects the priorities and expectations we hold for our young people.
Our schools in Western Australia meet all of the requirements of the Western Australian School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) and offer a comprehensive range of subjects to students in accordance with the Western Australian Curriculum and Assessment Outline. The curriculum follows a developmental sequence from Kindergarten through to Year 10. During Years 11 and 12, students can select from a range of pathways with a comprehensive selection of courses and opportunities available to study. They are also able to take vocational courses and school-based apprenticeships.
All Saints’ Anglican School, Cathedral College Wangaratta and Cobram Anglican Grammar School follow the Australian Curriculum as set by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).
The curriculum at Trinity Anglican College is based around the learning areas and stages set by the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA).
Religious Studies is an academic subject in our schools and is taught at all year levels. Students are provided with an engaging and intellectually rigorous program where they feel confident to think, question, challenge, investigate and reflect as they undertake their personal journeys, searching for spiritual meaning and truth.

pastoral care & worship
Communities that care for each other and treat people with dignity and respect are a hallmark of Anglican schools. We recognise that for all students and staff, wellbeing is inextricably linked to thriving in learning and in life.
Our schools develop holistic and inclusive pastoral care and wellbeing programs, with opportunities for individual support and guidance.
The responsibility for our students’ pastoral care and wellbeing lies with every staff member. A pastoral care teacher or tutor seeks to ensure that every student in their care is known, experiencing a sense of belonging and acceptance.
House systems form the basis of sporting and cultural competition, as well as pastoral care and administration in secondary schools. All students are allocated to a House, and members of the one family are usually placed in the same House.
Christian living and Chaplaincy are integral to the life of Anglican schools. Regular opportunities for worship enable students, staff and families to gather as a community to celebrate life in all its fullness. Christian Religious Studies and Chapel Services form part of each school’s core curriculum for all students.
service learning
Students engage in service learning and service projects which directly address community needs and enable students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and team-work skills, whilst providing them with the agency to make tangible contributions to their local and global communities. Furthermore, service learning empowers students by highlighting their capacity to affect positive change, fostering their growth as active and engage citizens dedicated to improving the world around them.
