John Wollaston Anglican Community School has introduced FlexiTrack Uni Prep, a new university preparation pathway launched in partnership with Murdoch University.
Designed for students seeking an alternative pathway into tertiary study, FlexiTrack Uni Prep provides a clear and supported transition to university while students remain within the familiar environment of the school. It is particularly suited to students pursuing a General or VET pathway, or those who may not be following a traditional ATAR pathway but still aspire to university study.
Delivered through a dedicated Year 12 FlexiTrack class, the program focuses on developing academic skills, independence and confidence. Successful completion provides a guaranteed pathway into Murdoch University, with an ATAR-equivalent score of 70, while also supporting entry into other Western Australian universities.
The Dean of Teaching and Learning, Mr Scott Robertson, said the initiative reflects the School’s commitment to personalised learning pathways.
‘FlexiTrack provides another meaningful opportunity for students to pursue university study in a way that suits their strengths and future goals,’ Mr Robertson said.
The introduction of FlexiTrack Uni Prep further strengthens John Wollaston Anglican Community School’s commitment to supporting diverse educational pathways and expanding opportunities for students beyond secondary school.
