What is an Employee Assistance Program?
Converge International is AngliSchools’ Employee Assistance Program provider, offering free and confidential support to employees across a range of personal and work-related matters.
Entitlement
Each employee, or a member of their immediate family, can access up to 6 free, confidential counselling/coaching sessions per year.
Services Available
The EAP provides access to support across the following areas:
- Employee Counselling
- Financial Counselling
- Family or Couples Counselling
- Nutrition Support
- Manager Support (MAP)
- Conflict Support
- Career Coaching
- Legal Support (maximum 2 sessions per year)
